Live 80 was invited to play at the Harbors in Rockwall. We had such a great time as the sun went down over Lake Ray Hubbard—boats pulled into the dock behind us and the crowd filled in from the front. Lucky for us, the crowd—made up of kids young and old— loved 80′s music! We hope to play there again next year. Stay tuned!

Live 80 recently performed for a wedding at Dallas’ famed Ritz-Carlton. After the bride and groom’s dance, the band played for hours—packing the dancefloor until the happy couple left in a limo hours later. This week Live 80 played a fun show at the Gaylord Convention Center for the national DirectBuy conference. Performing in front of the largest video projection screen we’ve ever seen, Live 80 was part of a massive production including costumed conference attendees dressed in their best 80s costumes (He-Man and She-Ra, anyone?), giant Rubik’s cube, neon signs, dancers and a full production crew. Big D NYE Video!

Live 80 performed at this year’s Big D NYE celebration in Victory Plaza at American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas and it was spectacular! We had so much fun that we forgot it was so cold. With approximately 25,000 people in attendance, it was the largest New Year’s celebration in North Texas. Take a look at this clip from WFAA.com.
